How to Set Health and Fitness Goals that will Motivate You
The simplest way to set health and fitness goals are REMINDERS and people with vague, unrealistic or uninspirational goals are the first to quit and easy to spot and complain ALL THE TIME. They don't notice a single change in a matter of months going from machine to machine and going through the motions. They complain about how hard it is to gain or lose weight. The people who have ideal body types have specific realistic health and fitness goals that progress slowly but surely every day and when they meet one goal, the set another goal to stay motivated. Some people want to impress the opposite sex, or push bodies, or improve self-confidence and improve their health and just feel good. There's a lot of great reasons to be fit. Most of them has to be doing with looks, but don't solely be driven by what you look like in the mirror. Also, look at pics on how you want to look.
You also want to have an ideal state of health, with higher energy levels, more alertness and stronger vibes, etc. We want to stay vital, energetic, and strong. There are also reasons to achieve a better body such as getting more attention from the opposite sex, play sports better win arm-wrestling matches, stay active longer, never suffer from disease, retain youthful vitality, etc. Write everything down and cross reference it. So:

What would your ideal state of health be?
Why do you want achieve these goals?
